As soon as we receive your payment, we ship your package. Please count:
- For Belgium: 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- For France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Great Britain and Germany: 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

I have not received a delivery confirmation

Track a package
You have the possibility to track the delivery of your order thanks to the search number provided by BPost.
You will find this number in the delivery confirmation email.
I received the wrong size / color
We invite you to return the item for free in the wrong size / color and check the availability of the desired item on our site. If the article is available, we advise you to order it as soon as possible. The returned item will be refunded as soon as possible depending on the payment method chosen.
